Hiya GenCon Leads and Team Members.
It seems "Mid-July" is turning into "late July" for some of the Starfinder Demo GMs (myself and Kate Baker that I know of.)
A few days ago, I sent an email to the gencon leads address, in case I was accidently dropped off the list. Then I posted a few "stress relief" inquiries/posts in the GM schedule thread to make sure I didn't go too crazy whilst waiting.
I haven't heard back from the leads, have not been sent an NDA, and haven't seen the rules I'm supposed to be demoing in a few short weeks (really short for me since I work a 50+ hour a week job.)
I'm not angry and I'm trying very hard to be patient, but, knowing that the team is very busy with hundreds of balls up in the air, I thought I'd post here asking that, if I was lost in the shuffle, the situation get addressed.
Meanwhile, if anyone else out there also feels like they may have been missed, maybe this could act as a gathering place for letting the leads know.
If this is inappropriate in any way, I apologize.

Anybody read any good books lately?
Excelent choice.
Hilary, I think if I ever show you my libraby you'll explode of jealousy ;)
Please don't show her, we need her at GenCon.

Just lamenting a day wasted without access. Provided I get the rules sometime before Gen Con, I'll be ready, but with each passing day it swings further away from pure pleasure to pure work to get ready.
I'm right there with you, Reckless. I work 10-12 hour days, usually six days a week. I'll also be running Starfinder demos and have not received the NDA or rules.
Fingers crossed that it happens soon as my prep time is a bit limited due to work and home responsibilities.

Hoping for the best for y'all, this concern is part of why I couldn't volunteer to GM this year. Working in retail and having sporadic time to prepare things makes time a *premium* in such circumstances, and prior to the largest convention of the year is not a guarantee of having things ready based on decades of game experience across many organizations and systems...
Still volunteering at HQ, though!

With my post to customer service this morning, I've done all I can do to get this to happen. Ball is, as it has been all along, in Paizo's corner at this point. Hope my posts and inquiries have done something for us.
I conversed with one of my colleagues about clearing this up earlier today. There's a short list of known affected folks, and we should be able to get the file to you soon.

Chris Lambertz has finished resolving the issue and reports that the system should have sent each of you in this group an email. If you have continued trouble on this front, she's asked that you contact her at chris.lambertz@paizo.com.
EDIt: And yes, I did see your name on the list, Phylotus. You should also have an email.

For dear John Compton,
If we are running the above demos what should we have received by now?
Also, I'm running the special as well, has that been released?
Thanks for the help.
From the emails you should have been receiving from the Gen Con Leads for the past few weeks:
At this time, all scenarios and quests for both PFS & SFS have been released and should be in your downloads. Also, anyone GMing Starfinder events should have the Core Rulebook. If you are missing any of these items, send an email to Tonya Woldridge at Paizo (CC genconleads) so that can be corrected.
