"Caster Level greater than the HD..."

Pathfinder First Edition General Discussion

Hello guys, sorry for my crimes against the English language... but i have a question and a friendship depends on her XD. I saw the FAQ and I could not answer my question.I am creating a necromancer (cleric) and I found this book: Undead Revisited. I am so happy for this :D. But for create Skeletal Champion and JuJu Zombie the book said: "You must have a caster level greater than the HD of the undead to be created". OK perfect, no problem whit my GM untill there. But he says that the level of caster, is equal to your level of class without bonus, as it happens with the Spell. For example, when casting the spell if you have a +1 CL Varisian Tatto, +1 CL archetype (necromancer spells) +2 CL Spell Specialization (Create Undead) you have a higher CL 4.But he says that that only serves the spell. And that does not count for the creation of the undead. And I do not understand ... since the spell itself is the creation of the undead. So as required in addition CL 11, According to I have to be CL 11 without bonifiers .. in a cleric it would have to be class character 11.
On the other hand, if someone knows how to increase the CD command undead to the maximum with objects, feats ... for example: improved channel (feat), breastplate of command ..
If anyone knows a good build, I would be very grateful. thanks for everything. Sorry for my english xD

Yes the bonuses to caster levels work for the spell and thus allow you to create/control things above your HD. Because the spell says it can't be above your caster level, and as far as the spell is concerned your CL is the larger number.

I am confused with this special ability to create undead. Undead Revisited Book allows a system to create powerfull undeads when cast create undead spell including skeleton champions and others... You need use the spell at level 11 for skeleton champions, so, if you could cast from level 8 adding 3 cast levels you can do it (total 11). Apart of spell you need cast other (for example, enervation), ok, no problem...

This new feature has ** apart of the spell that said "You must have a caster level greater than the HD of the undead to be created"

It is the problem, "You must have a caster level" is different limitation to "a spellcaster of 14th or higher cab create..." and both are out of spell (There are new feature limitations). Is it "you must have a caster level" including adjustment to your caster level in create undead or not?

Reason to thinking:

- Create undead with class level up to your real level (a cleric lvl 11 could play with another IMPROVED cleric level 13?)
- Concentratio check is not include adjustment and said "d20 and add your custer level"

(Yes... I am Arthas master...)
