Hello, I placed an order on July 6th and it is still under the Pending status. I just wanted to know if there was an issue with my order and if so what can be done. Thank you.

Unfortunately, it looks like there was a glitch in the system/some inventory problems and it let you order more than we have available or can get from suppliers. Sorry about that!

It looks like we only have the Toploader Black Deck Box avaialble. I'm sending you an updated order confirmation email. Please let us know if you want that shipped, want it cancelled, or want to add anything else instead. I have suspended the order until we hear back from you.

Thank you for getting back with me so soon Sharaya, if possible I'd like to add 2 other items to the order if possible.

I'd like to add 1 (Ultra Pro) Pro 100+ Deck Box - Black, and 1 (Ultra Pro) Pro 100+ Deck Box - Blue to the order. The link to the item is below for reference.

I have added one each of the blue and black boxes to the order. You will be receiving an updated email confirmation reflecting this change. These are items we have to get from a supplier when an order is placed for them, so they are going to cause the order to wait a little longer. They have an estimated 4 to 18 business days in transit to us. Let me know if you would like to make any further changes to the order.

We are still waiting on the 2 boxes that were added on July 18. 18 business days from then is Friday, August 11. Your order will remain pending until it ships out. It is no longer suspended though.

Has there been any updates on the order I put in yet?

If there is that much of an issue getting the other 2 items, please just ship me the "Toploader Black Deck Box" I originally ordered as this whole issue it just taking an extremely long time and it's honestly not worth all the trouble.

It looks like we still haven't received the boxes. Our webstore person has already left for GenCon so I don't have any information I can pass along to you about what may be going on with them. I have cancelled both boxes. You will be receiving an updated email confirmation reflecting this change. I am asking the warehouse to get the order out the door right away.
