Divination spell

Rules Questions

1) Can Divination be used to find out someone´s real name?
2) Can questions be linked, like: where is the thief who stole from me, has the thief companions, do the companions include a spellcaster, or are these all considered same topic?

No, the Divination spell specifically only allows for questions about the future. In fact, it allows for exactly one question, so linking questions doesn't work either.
Not to mention that the reply is usually cryptic, so even if you were able to somehow formulate a question about someone's identity in terms of something that will occur within one week, you definitely won't get a clear answer like "His name is Bob."

Depends. Divination is used to predict events in the future (up to 1 week) rather than learn about the past. However clever use of Divination might get around this. For example to determine someone's name you might ask: when and where will their name be spoken?
