So for a variety of reasons My PC's are acquiring a nice townhouse to live in. Something like 12 rooms + servants quarters. How much should this cost to buy, or how much should it cost to rent? It's in a good location and has a respectable amount of property attached to it.
Err on the side of more costly as in this setting things like this are in demand.

So from Ultimate Campaign, a mansion costs 5,160 gold. For this price you get the listed rooms. Now property values, that is totally dependent on your campaign. A large lot in a valuable part of a major city, could be quite expensive indeed. Perhaps 10,000 for the lot or more.
Create 132 Goods, 4 Influence, 120 Labor (5,160 gp)
Rooms 1 Bar, 1 Bath, 4 Bedrooms, 1 Escape Route, 2 Furnishings (Bedroom and Sitting Room), 1 Kitchen, 1 Laundry, 1 Lavatory, 1 Lodging, 1 Office, 1 Secret Room, 2 Sitting Rooms, 1 Stall, 2 Storages
A huge manor housing a rich family and its servants.

A google search showed that rent is usually .8% to 1.1% of the value of the house per month on average (these days). I would go with 1% to keep it simple. So a house that is valued at 15,160 (the sample mansion on a 10k lot) would cost 151.6 in gold per month. That is before servant costs.
A steward cost 2gp/day so about 60 gp a month. Trained hirelings cost .3 gp a day or 9 gold a month. These would probably include most household servants. Can't have the maid setting the table improperly after all. Just multiply by the number of servants desired.

Alternatively, if you don't want the complexity of Ultimate Campaign's downtime system recommended by MichaelCullen, you can just use the cost of living from the Core Rulebook, then simply give them a townhouse.
The monthly payments could be representative of the mortgage, or rent, or some other arrangement, as you/your players see fit.
A wealthy lifestyle is 100gp/month per person and an extravagant lifestyle is 10 times that, as I recall.
If they are all living in the same place, I'd let them pool their monthly fees and claim they are living together in an especially nice townhouse (since they could just as easily have a townhouse for the each of them at these prices).
