Dirty Fighting Feat

The feat Dirty Fighting says it counts as having Dex 13, Int 13, Combat Expertise, and Improved Unarmed Strike for the purposes of meeting the prerequisites of the various improved combat maneuver feats, as well as feats that require those improved combat maneuver feats as prerequisites.

What about feats that aren't about combat maneuvers yet have Combat Expertise as a prerequisite? Such as the feat Pack Flanking. Does Dirty Fighting count for that too or JUST for maneuver feats.

No. It counts for maneuver feats, or for feats that have a maneuver feat as a prerequisite. I would count as improved Unarmed strike for kraken style, but it will not count as combat expertise for pack Flanking because pack flanking doesn't have a maneuver feat as a prerequisite.
