Data Base for Homebrewed Content

Homebrew and House Rules

I am currently building up a list of player created content to display in a manner similar to d20PFSRD. I am not trying to make any money or steal anyone's intellectual property, I am trying to create a database for players and GMs to find interesting content.

I am looking for more content to add and a few reliable people to help with updating it. Please let me know if you would like to help at loxsis.pathfinder@gmail.com

Also, any feedback and constructive criticism is welcome.

All credit will be given to the individual that created the content by any means they request.

I'm working on the Specialist, but if I can get it done and polished, you can put it on your site.

I really enjoy the concept of a specialist. However, I can't seem to get your Homebrew links to work.

Is it the Homebrewery link or the link to go to the thread?

The Homebrewery link.

How is this different to dandwiki.com, dnd-wiki.org and their assorted kin? i.e. why does it exist?

The Homebrewery link.

Currently, the class works like a martial version of an Incanter, with Ranger saves, full BAB, 4 base skill ranks per level, Fighter class skills plus heal, geography, perception, and stealth. It gains a specialist talent at every level, which can be used to gain an ability from the Fighter and Ranger, including some archetypes for each. Alternately, they may trade some of their talent slots to specialize, gaining an ability that improves from other martial classes.

On neither website you mentioned did I find a Pathfinder specific section. I would also like to mention, even if there was already a website that did this why try and put down someone's fun project?

The value of a wiki is generally in the amount it covers; splitting data into many devalues them all. People usually don't post their homebrew in several different places. Occasionally others do for them, though usually without giving credit - I've read this can be a problem at the D&D wikis.

But if there really is no such wiki out there then you might try asking at GitP, minmax as well as at the Paizo forums.

Edit: Just checked dandwiki & saw this page there. I think the reasons not to do this that I named in the first paragraph hold.

Well I guess we should go tell D20PFSRD/Archives that they need to duke it out for who gets to host the content, huh? I will continue to update my website as long as homebrewers let me. I see no need for your negativity with my website, I appreciate your concern but it comes unwarranted.

Also d20pfsrd has a side page for community content as well. So if your good with website work you might consider seeing if they need people to help work on that page instead of creating a whole new one.

Did some updating on my class. You can check my thread for a changelog along with suggestions.
