Curse's Caster Level

How do I determine the CL of a particular curse if it's not listed in the ability description? Is the CL the same as the cursing creature's HD? Thanks.

I think many curses don't even have caster levels, like Linnorm Death Curses. Where do you require a curse's caster level? All abilities I've seen that do something about or with curses just talk about the curse's DC, regardless of its caster level.

Bah, totally misread remove curse, thinking it required a caster level check against the CL, not the DC, of the curse. Sorry. You can ignore me now.... :(
