"X sorcerers with the elemental (Y) bloodline treat their Charisma score as 2 points higher for all sorcerer spells and class abilities"

Does that imply the spell slots, too? If I am a sorc 1, and I have 18 Cha, does that mean that I have two 1st level bonus slots instead of 1?

The term "class abilities" doesn't seem to be defined or used in most class descriptions anywhere. However, it seems to be synonymous with "class features" and I have found nothing to contradict that. The section on retraining Archetypes in Ultimate Campaign appears to use them synonymously, too.

Ultimate Campaign wrote:
To gain an archetype that replaces standard class abilities you already have, you must spend 5 days for every alternate class feature you would add, subtract, or replace by taking that archetype.

Since "Spells" is a class feature of the Sorcerer class and describes how you get bonus spell slots, it stands to reason that yes, you would get additional spell slots from being, say, an Ifrit with the Elemental (Fire) bloodline.
