Doedicurus question.

I've got a player who's a huge fan of Doedicurus, and having read up on them I tried to find anything Pathfinder related for them. Unfortunately, all I found was people discussing their hopes of them appearing in upcoming Bestiaries. Has there been any official or unofficial bestiary entries created for them up to this point?

Well, there's the glyptodon from Bestiary 2, which could be used for Doedicurus, which also happened to be the largest known member of the lineage. If you really wanted to up its stats and make it more formidable add the dire template to it to reflect its status as the largest species.

Apologies for the delay in responding, thank you very much for the response. How does the Dire template interact with Animal Companions? Are templates allowed (generally) or is it a different process/adjustment I'd have to go through/think about?

You just make the adjustments described in the template. Here's a link to the Dire template. It's very easy to do. As for how they interact with animal companions, I can't say. And whether or not they're allowed or not depends on your GM or if you're playing Pathfinder Society. I'm the GM in my games and we don't play PFS, so I allow them with no problem.
