Greetings, simple question- can a Mutagen Warrior take "Extra Discovery" as a feat after 7th lvl- when he gets his own mutagenic Discoveries?
I was possibly considering a crazy dual-wielding glaive/bladed brush build.
Two extra arms via Vestigal Arm discovery means i can have an 'open hand' to do what i need.
If we're very picky, Extra Discovery requires the Discovery class feature and Mutation Warrior grants Mutagen Discovery. So, maybe it doesn't work.

There is a FAQ clarifying things with archetypes changing an ability the base class also has.
I would rule in a similar fashion here. Mutagen Discovery is functionally identical to Discovery, save for a more restricted list of choices.
