Can the Spirit Guide Oracle use the Arcane Enlightenment hex from the Lore spirit?

I don't think you can, since the hex specifically says that she adds the bonus spells to the list of spells she can prepare.

Besides, while it would be a great addition for a spontaneous caster, the number of bonus spells you can gain is limited by wisdom now, which is a dump stat for Oracles. Plus you have to have at least 19 intelligence to cast all of the spells you'd want. It's "Awesome, But Impractical: The Hex".

TL;DR

No one knows. There are two sides:

• It works per the FAQ but only may use the spells for the time you have the hex. (I subscribe)
  
• It doesn't do anything.

Pick one or Ask your GM to pick one.
