Medium (Heirophant), Scar of War (trait - healer's handbook) with Life Link

Does the trait Scar of War (adds +1 to healing effects) and a level of medium (Heirophant spirit (+2 to healing effects)) work well with Life Link?

Would this mean that each round I will auto-heal my team-members 8 hps each, while only taking 5 damage?

Follow up question:

If my Oracle (from above) took the Spirit Guide archetype, choosing the wandering spirit (life) to get another instance of Life Link ...

Would:
1) Each instance of Life Link could target the same set of creatures (Oracle choosing 6 unique creatures, Spirit Hex choosing 6 unique creatures -- total creatures chosen = 6)
HP (max -11) -- First life link triggers, healing and damaging, second life link triggers, healing and damaging.
Hp (max -6) -- first life link triggers, healing and damaging, second life link triggers -- nothing happens as they are at max.

2) Each instance of Life Link needs to target a different set of creatures (oracle choosing 6 unique creatures, spirit hex choosing 6 different unique creatures -- total creature chosen = 12)
