Rage powers (etc) for prestige class requirements

If you have a rage power (or similar) that grants you a feat, can you use that feat to qualify for a prestige class? Would you only get the class benefits while raging then?

In my case, I'm looking at the Id Rager Bloodrager archetype, with the Dedication phantom. Net is whenever I'm raging, I get the Iron Will feat. I need Iron Will to qualify for Living Monolith prestige class.

Are you always raging? If not, you don't really have the feat. Gotta take it the old-fashioned way.
