As you may recall, Arshea's 2nd boon grants an armor bonus equal to Cha mod while unarmored and wearing revealing clothing. A high level sorcerer or oracle (with the Lore, Lunar, or Nature mystery and the appropriate revelation) can easily benefit from this ability beyond the AC bonus granted by +8 bracers of armor.
However, this sorcerer makes almost daily use of a Mnemonic Vestment, which he must wear continuously to gain that benefit. If you take a look at the pictures of body slot items in Ultimate Equipment, you will probably notice that none of them (with the possible exception of the magical corsets) could possibly qualify as "revealing clothing" -- or am I overlooking something here?
For the purpose of the discussion, let's assume that the sorcerer found the Mnemonic Vestment as treasure and thus could not arrange to have it crafted in a "revealing" way.

Craft (clothing) or Profession (tailor) is your friend. Just bring it to a local tailor and have them refit it, and take the wizard along so they can use Spellcraft to ensure they aren't disrupting the enchantment as they snip and sew.
Or just add a 'sleeves of many garments' effect to your Bracers of Armor for 375 gp.

You're overlooking scissors, I think.
I think that may do the trick, if one can somehow give the vestment the "broken" condition without utterly destroying it. The Spellcraft skill check, if any, should be so easy as to pose no risk of failure at sufficiently high level. The only risk of failure might be in attempting to make the cut-up vestment look sexy rather than ragged.
