Who is this Red Mantis fellow?

In the most recent Pathfinder Battles set, I got a few of these Red Mantis guys:

Does anyone know what kind of monster they are? Googling "Red Mantis Paizo" turns up an organization named Red Mantis not a creature. I ask because they look like a mini that would fit well in a desert, and thus fit well in my Mummy's Mask game.

They are an organization of lawful evil assassins who dress like that in honor of their mantis deity. Under all that, they're just people. The freshly released Adventurer's Guide has a section on the Red Mantis.

They'd make excellent antagonists in Mummy's Mask, due to their support for legitimate monarchs (which Hakotep might just be!)

High level red mantis operatives can also shape change into big mantis like monsters, maybe this is what you are seeing
