I have a question I am hoping someone can help me with. Say I wild shape into a form with tentacles but that form does not have the special attack 'constrict'. If I have a belt of anacondas coils would that apply constrict to the tentacle attacks? Thanks

The belt would allow you to constrict for the 1d6 damage allowed by the belt. You would not do damage based on your tentacle attack.
