Do you apply feats that boost summoned creatures to Summon Guardian Spirit?

A guardian spirit is always exactly the same creature, with memory of all the events that occurred while previously summoned; multiple versions of it can't be summoned.

Does the emphasis mean you couldn't apply Augment Summoning, Evolved Summoned Monster, class abilities that boost summons, Versatile Summon Nature's Ally, etc, to the Guardian Spirit?

You're still summoning it via the spell, so any bonuses that apply to the spell apply to the guardian spirit.

The bolded parts are saying you can't summon 2 of the spirit at once (like by casting the spell again while a previous one is still active).
