Is the Titan Mauler Barbarian archetype useable with the Unchained version of the Barbarian? Is it PFS legal?

An unBarb gets a flat bonus to damage when raging.
A Barb gets +STR.
This means the Barb can leverage their rage and +STR items for 1.5xSTR damage on 2H weapons. An unBarb only gets the flat damage regardless if they 1H or 2H a weapon.
If your intent is to go with unBarb for Titan Mauler, you should just be aware of that if you plan on using an oversize 2H weapon to dish out damage.

I should probably be a regular one then. I'm mostly interested in using a hammer of thunderbolts without needing to chop my hand off and replace it with a magic dwarven prosthetic.

To Clarify, it is the Bonus damage you guys are talking about, not the regular str damage the Barbarian has before raging, right?
If I am parsing this correctly, yes. They're only talking about the specific bonus a Barbarian gets from Rage, nothing else. All the other rules still work normally.

The difference is, at most, 2 points of damage at 20th level. From 11th to 19th level the difference is 1 or 2 points of damage depending on the barbarians strength score. For 10th level and lower, the difference is damage is only 1 point.
The +1 to +5 damage from Powerful Stance more than makes up the difference.

We're probably getting beyond the scope of the original question, but UnBarb when using Powerful Stance cannot use Accurate Stance or simultaneously pounce in the surprise round or round 1 (either you Pounce as your action or you burn a move to enter the stance).
A regular Barb with Reckless Abandon is more accurate (translates to hitting on iteratives) and can pounce from the get go (again, more DPS). At post-pounce levels, both those lead to the Barb doing more damage overall than an UnBarb.
But once we start talking higher-level play, things get wonky anyways and too many variables start to creep in.
