Silent Table spell + Cunning Caster feat = What Benefit?

Rules Questions

Let's say I have a wizard with the Cunning Caster feat (with a bunch of supporting boosters) and is currently residing inside of the operating area of a Silent Table spell.

If said wizard wanted to cast a spell with verbal components (and he doesn't have the Silent Spell feat), what would you rule that the Silent Table spell would benefit him in regards to his Bluff roll against a foe's Perception skill roll?

Note: Sorry for the garbled/run-on sentence. :-)

Mmmh per RAW you got no benefit from Table spell...

But while applying the -4 malus to bluff I will give you a +2 circumstances bonus on your bluff check versus people outside the silent table area since they can see you move your lips but cannot understand (provided they're not actively trying to read your lips :p )

Yeah, RAW doesn't help too much with specifics in this situation.

I see you chose an option that mirrors "Unfavorable Conditions" on the Perception DC Modifier Table. I kinda wonder if the "Terrible Conditions" modifier of +5 might be more appropriate though.

+5 is not good for me, since silent spell give you, in fact, +4 and is better than just not being heard but still have to "talk"... ;)
