Hshurha’s Veil and Moonlight Stalker

Rules Questions

This a nifty rage power from Planes of Power. My question is can it be combined with moonlight stalker?

Hshurha’s Veil (Su): When raging, the barbarian can use
Stealth, and she gains a bonus equal to 1/2 her barbarian
level on Stealth checks plus the benefits of concealment
against ranged attacks and attacks of opportunity.

Moonlight Stalker: While you have concealment from an opponent, you gain a +2 bonus on attack and damage rolls against that opponent.

Sovereign Court

I don't think so, because you only have concealment against specific kinds of attacks.

But I have concealment from an opponent don't I?

for AoO, once you've provoked the AoO, you would no longer have concealment right? Therefore if you say charged someone who had reach, they would make their AoO and when you go to swing you would no longer have concealment?

That's how I read it anyway.

The concealment versus AoO and ranged attacks is always on. The question is: is this conditional concealment sufficient to meet the requirements of moonlight stalker.

Sovereign Court

1 person marked this as a favorite.

I would say no. You only get concealment at specific moments (when targeted by ranged attack of AoO), you don't have it when you're attacking yourself. So it doesn't give you moonlight during your attacks.
