Looking online I see that many people suggest that bards take the flag bearer feat. I am wondering why considering that the moral bonus it grants does not stack with the moral bonus granted by inspire courage.
Inspire courage grants a morale bonus on saves but a competence bonus on attack and damage rolls, while Flagbearer grants morale bonuses for all of them. So the attack/damage bonuses do stack, though the saves don't.

The flagbearer feat is also very useful if you plan to buy the Banner of the Ancient Kings (highly recommended if you're playing a buffer bard)
