I just read the Ruby Phoenix Tournament and I love it. I've also got Academy of Secrets, but I was wondering if there are any other similar modules? I like the idea of a team that travels the world to participate in all kinds of tournaments just to win great prizes.

The Gauntlet might fit the bill. It's not exactly a tournament, but it is a dungeon set up to "test the mettle" of an adventuring party, and it's a free download to look at and see if you're interested.
The first book of Mummy's Mask is also set up as a sort of competition between dungeoneering parties (some of whom may cheat).

The 3.5 adventure Champion’s Belt sounds like just what you are after.
On a smaller scale, the finale to the PFS scenario You Have What You Hold is a short (2 fight) arena event -- PCs versus the local champion’s team. It includes the option to use the Performance Combat rules from Ultimate Combat.
Though the tournament is only one part of the adventure, I enjoyed playing it.
