big
Other than big. :7
Something like... a gargantuan yellow and orange striped furred hunched humanoid, this huge behemoth's seven eyes blink out of unison, crying tears of acidic blood. Insectile jaws clash together sounding like scimitars in battle. Its long serrated claws drag the ground, leaving furrows in the stone behind it.

In general, the Spawn of Rovagug look very insectoid or reptilian, with odd and seemingly disadvantageous numbers and placements of body parts. Like the Qlippoth, they seem to tie into ideas of being something "primeval," something that took shape before the cosmos really figured out what things were supposed to look like.
Put that way, they're kind of proto-life, the weird, disgusting, primeval mishmash that was essentially the universe's messy childhood doodles before it took some art lessons and learned how things are "meant" to look.

I read somewhere that Rovagug in fact IS an ascended Qlippoth. And that his one wish is to die, but that his divinity is such that he can only be destroyed when everything else has been destroyed first, hence the rampage he went on. If he could, he might have just offed himself.
In that vein, spawn of Rovagug are Qlippoth-like beings with a death wish - maybe just for themselves, maybe for the entire world.
