It has now been 32 days since I placed this order, two days past the expected shipping window. The order summary page now states that at least one of the products is not in stock. Can I get some kind of update on what's going on?

Hi Noether,

While most of the items on your order were items that we have in and ready to ship, one of them has a listed product availability of shipping from us in 21 to 30 business days, which means that we need to get it in from a supplier (and probably a more speciality supplier at that). We are still waiting on the Northern Crown: New World Adventures (OGL) Hardcover to make it to us. Business days do not count weekends and holidays, so it looks like it's currently about the 22nd business day.

If you want to make any changes to the order in the meantime, please let us know.
