Ghoul Bloodline natural attack build?

I am absolutely in love with the Ghoul bloodline powers: a set of claw attacks that not only paralyze on hit, but also causes bleed and haste? Great! The ability to burrow and heal from it? Even more so! I especially love it if you manage it get it via eldritch heritage as it means you can skip the weak stench capstone.

I wanted to build a character that utilizes the eldritch heritage feat line for ghouls and build a natural attack build around it. However, I don't know where to start: I want to make the most of my attacks and go martial, but practically none of them use charisma to any capacity. The only ones that do are the paladins, cavaliers, swashbucklers, and bloodragers and none of them use that stat to the point of stretching it out to 17.

What should I consider to make this cadaver combater a reality?

More important than CHA is CON for the DC. So maybe a Kineticist?

So step back and consider the 3/4 BAB classes. A lunar oracle or a skald can add natural attacks and use charisma enough to justify a lot of it. A spiritualist with the fractured mind and exciter archetypes can generate and use charisma. Vexing daredevil mesmerists get bonus feats for feinting and of course cast with charisma; fey trickster mesmerists get to cast hunter spells which include plenty of natural attack buffs.

Or of course you could multiclass a great deal to pick up many of the low-level charisma based powers. If your game is more likely to end by 10 than by 20 this should be entirely workable.

It never says what stat influences the DC right?
It should use Con because of the universal monster ability?

Anyways, I think a paladin works quite well, you should have at least 17 cha at level 17 after items (which should count for qualifying for feats).
Bloodrager on the other hand can get pounce at lvl 12, but I feel like the defensive boosts of the paladin help more.

Catfolk prowler at the world's end bloodrager. That gives you claws all the time (instead of 3+cha rnds per day). The archetype gives you a seance boon (champion gives +2 damage). At level 12, you can transform into a tiger.
