Can you please explain what you mean by removed? I'm not finding any requests to have that case incentive cancelled.
Unfortunately, as it has been processed for shipping, we cannot stop the order at this time.

This is the Case Incentive from a couple of months ago, and my memory is that I was able to remove these myself before shipping that case when it came out. They have not been sitting in my sidecart, or nor was there any other indication that they were still a pending order. I don't want these, and specifically don't want to pay for them, and their associated postage costs. The email today was the first indication that these were coming.

The item was never cancelled. It looks like it had a payment method issue, but I don't see any requests to cancel the item. What I see is you moved it out of a sidecart and into an order. That order was partially stuck which is why it hadn't shipped yet. It recently became unstuck and shipped out. As Sharaya mentioned above, it has already shipped out so we cannot stop it. Once it gets to you just write Return to Sender on it and it should come back to us. Once it does we can issue a refund.
