Problem with pdf purchase download

Bought some pdf's today and am having trouble DLing one of them, "Future Races: Ezzana (PFRPG)".

Clicked on it... again and again... but keep getting bounced back to my downloads page with no link offered... even though my list now says it downloaded.

Well... it hasn't. Tried logging in and out... emptied my cache. Still nothing.

Is their a problem with this file?

Still can't DL this file, no idea why.

It's been the weekend on the US. Somebody should be in the office to look into this today.

Hello Randy,

I am looking at the download and I don't see any issues with it. When you try to download it do you get the screen that tells you your download should start in 5 seconds? It should be popping up a box that asks you if you want to save it or open it. If you are not do you have a pop up blocker running? They can sometimes block the box that should pop up.

Just checked it again, and it's working now. Managed a DL without problem. No idea what was wrong but I'm all good now. Thanks to whoever took care of it. Big thumbs up.
