Updating CC # for May Subscriptions

I'm attempting to update my credit card # (MasterCard) on my subscription page and the system is not accepting it.

This payment method cannot be used. ("The payment type is not valid.", "The card expiration date is not valid.") Please select a different payment method.

I have tried entering the new credit card # three times, so it's not being typed incorrectly. This is a valid card that I've used with other businesses that expires 9/20.

Can you see any reason why this would be? I need to update my payment as my previous card is expiring. Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear that. From what I can see on my end, it looks like the system isn't saving the information all the way. Is the interfacing doing anything strange when you try, apart from the error messages?

Not that I can see unfortunately. I just tried it again and it continues with the same error. :(

Strange.

For now, I'd recommend either of the following:

1) Try using a different internet browser to see if it works better.

or

2) Give us a call when the phone lines are open (Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm, Pacific Standard Time) and we can get it entered over the phone.

Guess I'll need to call. I've tried with three different browsers, chrome, Internet explore, and Safari. They've all failed the same way. Thanks anyway.
