Applying Credit to a new character

We will be playing a module and earning chronicles. I would like to start a new PFS character and apply these chronicles to him. The Roleplaying Guide describe how to do this for the PFS scenarios, but how do I fill out the sheets for a mod like Dragons Demand or any of the other sanctioned modules to apply them to a new 1st level character?

That should be listed in the paperwork provided with the chronicle for the module. But it's basically the same as applying a Society game; just the xp/prestige/gp are higher.

If you look at page 7 of the Roleplaying Guild Guide, you will see that when applying credit to a 1st level character you get 1 XP and 500 gold, or 3 XP and 1,398 gold.
