I would absolutely not expect one. After all, there is still no boxed set for Pathfinder; the Beginner Box contains a simplified game that is meant as a gateway product to the main line and didn't come out until the base game was a success.
Boxed sets are usually sold at a loss or priced at a premium, and Starfinder will have to prove that it can be financially successful before Paizo might consider a "Starfinder Beginner Box."
Put it this way: You can buy the Starfinder Rule Book, Flip Mats, and Pawns separately. If they put them all together in a box (which requires extra materials and design work and will cost more to ship than the contents on their own), would you expect to pay less than if you ordered them separately?

Joana makes some good points. In addition, I think a big motivation for the Beginner Box was that Pathfinder is an intimidating system to a total newcomer (I suspect that was far more important than finding a way to provide lots of disparate components cheaply).
My guess would be that they've used some of what they learned in writing the beginner box to present Starfinder in a more accessbile way right out of the gate. Which would further remove some of the need for it.

Oh you misunderstood my intentions! I am all about creativity. It's just that I really want to buy the book. It's just that I can't really buy it...I can't afford it. So my group and I were considering to all donate some money so we can get it... It's just that my group is not sure if Starfinder will be all that good and they are not as excited as I am. So a cheaper starter set will be a good start to convince them that the game is good (or bad) AND we will be able to afford it (cause they won't give that many money "just for a book")

The PDF of the Starfinder Rule Book will be available for $9.99. I would check that out and see if your group likes the rules before worrying about buying maps and pawns and such.

You don't NEED flip mats and minis. These things are luxuries. Squared paper, hex paper, an old cereal box and a pair of scissors does fine.
RPGs are supposed to be all about creativity and imagination.
You're absolutely right.
But then again we don't NEED RPG's EITHER do we? Especially new massive ones with a $60 price point.
RPG's themselves are a luxury.
So please afford others to enjoy their luxuries within their main luxury.
