I spoke to the webstore team and Chessex is reprinting the Arctic Camouflage dice. We don't know when they will be ready though so I can't give you an estimate. It could be weeks or months. I can cancel it from the order and add either, or both, of the sets you linked. Which would you like me to add?

I have removed the Arctic Camouflage dice and added the Stealth dice to the order. You will be receiving an updated email confirmation reflecting these changes. We have to get the Stealth dice from a supplier so there will be a bit of a wait for them to come in (this is the case with most dice), but the order will ship out as soon as they arrive.

Hi again,
Thanks for making these changes! I’d just like to check a couple of details with this order.
On my account, this order now has a note saying “This order requires a valid payment method”. Is there anything that still needs to be done to arrange payment? (I originally paid using store credit.)
Also, I was expecting the cost to be the same as before, but the total is now slightly lower (I think because of the shipping & handling discount). Is this what you would expect?

The valid payment part was because the shipping is a little more with the new dice as they are a bit heavier than the ones that were originally on the order and the store credit that had been applied to the order wasn't enough to cover it. That is also why it looked like a discount, it was still trying to display the original shipping (or close to it) to you. You're seeing the new shipping total and then the discount you see under that is about the difference in shipping between the new shipping and old shipping. I am sending you an updated email confirmation with all of that cleaned up, and reflecting the store credit covering the whole amount.
The weight difference is substantial enough that I am concerned the form factor is incorrect so I have asked someone to investigate. Once I hear back from them, if it is incorrect I will get you a new updated email confirmation reflecting that as well.

I’d just like to mention one more detail: the email I received when the order shipped looked correct, but in my account the subtotal and shipping & handling costs listed in the order still don’t add up to the total cost. (I’m not worried about this, but I wanted to let you know in case this could affect your accounting.)
