Does a Hunter with Totem Spirit (say Wind Clan), and Quah Bond (Teamwork) have an Animal Companion with +10 base speed and +4 Acrobatics?
Not unless your Animal Companion also has totem spirit. double 0 is still 0.
You may have problems convincing your GM that your AC qualifies for Totem Spirit.
Technically you probably won't gain the benefit of Quah Bond either as it is unlikely your AC will qualify as being from the same Quah as you (without GM approval) even though it has the Quah Bond feat.
If your GM allows your AC to take totem spirit you should be fine.
