Harrower for Strange Eons

Advice

I have a few class builds I'm considering for a strange eons games.

Race: Samsaran
Alternate Racial Trait: Magical Past Live

Option 1: Card caster Magus/Harrower

Option 2: Card Caster/Staff Master Magus/Harrower

Option 3: Cartomancer Witch/ Harrower

Option 4: Cartomancer witch(3)/Card Caster Magus/ Harrower

I've also considered a hex crafter magus

Basically I want a card slinging Fortune teller
I like the idea of delivering a cure light wounds spell though cards too, so part of me wants to start with the Witch so I can keep from destroying my cards, and then do like the arcana for magus that lets me use witch spells with spell strike/combat.

Just wanted to see if anyone else had done something similar and how it worked out/ get advice to make this work

Options 1 and 2 will result in your having a relatively low base attack bonus, and you will probably sturggle to be effective. If you want to use the Card Caster Magus, I'd recommend avoiding the Harrower prestige class.

Option 3, the Cartomancer Witch with the Harrower prestige class, is the best of the options you've listed by a significant margin. Losing out on major hexes is going to be disappointing, but if you want to play the Harrower this is a good way of doing it.

Option 4 has way too much unfavorable multiclassing going on. I'm not sure what, if anything, it would actually be good at. Having class features is not the same as being good with them.

Okay so lets say we take the harrower out of the equation.

Option 4 I primarily like because of the fact my harrow deck would effectively be indestructible when I use it for deadly dealer for either class.

Keep in mind that if you stick with Magus, you can also stack Staff Master with CC. Live in all of your Gambit dreams.

Yea I had thought about it

If you don't plan on using the Harrower then you should be fine with either approach. Card Caster/Staff Master Magus will work perfectly well, as will a Cartomancer Witch.

However, you should not combine the two. Because Witch and Magus do not stack for spellcasting power any multiclass combination between the two will have very weak spellcasting abilities. Because Witch has a low base attack bonus and does not further enhance your arcane pool class feature, you'll also have very weak combat abilities. It doesn't matter what other synergies you have if the combo weakens your core abilities to the point at which you can no longer meaningfully contribute in combat encounters.
