I don't currently have a Player Companion subscription but rather preorder each book as they are announced (I'm experimenting with a way of dodging PDFs) but my assumption has always been that this is one of those subscriptions in the "all products in this line release with the regular stuff, so you can't choose ship-as-soon-as-possible" category.
However, I notice with People of the Wastes, this pattern is broken:
mid-November Pathfinder Player Companion: People of the Wastes (PFRPG)
Expected to arrive and ship separately from Paizo's monthly shipment
So I'm curious whether that means that everyone will opt-in to ship-as-soon-as-possible, or whether everyone will have to wait (and whether preorderers will be able to lord it over skeld subscribers).
As I say - I have no current subscription so it doesn't affect me really. I'm still curious though. :)

Diego -- Everything scheduled to ship in November has that same note. I had been planning to bring that up but kept forgetting about it.

I spoke to the webstore folks and the information is incorrect. That book, and all the November releases are all part of the their respective subscriptions. They will be getting the note removed from the product listings.
