. . . And figured I'd ask for feedback here.

Are there any obvious balance concerns? Any monsters that would just never be summoned because I missed a better summons of the same or lower level?

I'm struggling to see why anyone would summon a giant ibis when the same SM II spell could get you 1d3 eagles. Sure the stealth is nice but clerics etc. only get the 1 round per level summons, you probably won't have time for them to sneak around.

Similarly for a hawk in place of an eagle. Eagles are just better in a fight.

The at-will stone shape of a korred might be an issue. 1 per round, that's 7 castings minimum, for 112 cubic feet. Still, it's a 4th level spell to get one of them, it should be OK.

A monadic deva gets one 8th level SLA, a 3/day 7th, and a bunch of lower level ones. That might be a bit much for a single 8th level spell, compare to a barbed devil which can be summoned by SM VIII by default and besides its self-only greater teleport gets nothing above spell level 4. Maybe move it to SM IX ?

Thanks for the feedback. I think I'll replace the hawk with a giant eagle at a higher level. The player whose character worships Keltheald is not a big powergamer so I doubt getting to use a bunch of stone shape will break the game.
