Ultimate Mercury action?

Is Ultimate Mercy a standard action? It doesn't actually say you CAST the raise dead spell, so wouldn't it default to standard?

Or a 1 minute spell since it says "as a raise dead spell"?

I would argue that it's a standard action as you use your lay on hands ability to use it and that's a standard action. Although to be fair, you use 10 uses of lay on hands...which would be about a minute of time to use it 10 times.

So, I'm not sure, but I would still argue that it's a standard because you're bursting the healing to raise the dead.

Just my opinion though. I've never used it in combat, only after combat rounds have ended.
