I truly couldn't believe that a Google and subsequent Forum search did not yield a answer to this question. I did see it mentioned that there was a Break DC (IE someone said "Don't forget, Wall of Force now has a Break DC"). Ok - where is it/what is it ? We could guess what it would be based on Hardness or use the old Epic rules from 3.5 but I feel there should be an answer to this somewhere.

I think your source was wrong. A Break DC isn't listed in the spell description or the Break DC table and the Break rules say that you can't just calculate a Break DC ("hardness doesn’t affect an object’s Break DC, this value depends more on the construction of the item than on the material the item is made of").
The actual change from 3.5 is that a wall of force used to be immune to damage, and now it has hardness and hit points.
