Now that my April shipment has been authorized, I have noticed that the next three entries on the My Subscriptions page are for early May, early June, and mid-August. What happened to July? I definitely have subscription items that are supposed to ship that month.

As I suspected, that wasn't it. The entire authorization process has completed and my next three entries under Upcoming Subscription Shipments are still early May, early June, and mid-August, with July products conspicuously missing. Surely I am not the only person seeing this problem?

Hello David,
The subscriptions page often has display errors during the time we are authorizing and shipping subscriptions. Those display errors usually clear up once the whole process is done. It is also possible that if a product does not have a finalized date, or other parts of its form factor in our system (which happens for a variety of reasons) it may not display properly either. Once that information is finalized it will display properly.
