Hello Justin,

I just gave it a try and got the same thing. "General decline of the card, no other information provided by the issuing bank." This is a decline on the banks end so I don't have any more information about why it may be being declined.

I have applied the store credit and gave it another try. It did authorize successfully this time. So everything looks good now.
