Sneaking Critical:
Whenever you confirm a critical hit on a sneak attack, you can roll an additional number of sneak attack dice equal to your weapon’s critical modifier.
Precision Critical:
Whenever you score a critical hit, double any extra precision damage dice, such as sneak attack damage. These dice are only doubled, not multiplied by the weapon's critical modifier.
Are the extra sneak attack dice from sneaking critical multiplied on a critical hit (per precision critical), or are they added after the original sneak attack is multiplied?

The extra dice you get from Sneaking Critical are multiplied, from the looks of it.
So, if you are using an x2 weapon, you would add 2d6 to your Xd6 sneak attack dice, and then double it, thus resulting in a total amount of ( (X+2) x2)d6 precision damage. So, if your base sneak attack was 5d6, you would deal 14d6. If your base was 10d6, you would deal 24d6.
