Would you please cancel 98 of my preorders of People of the Wastes? I'm sure it's going to be good, but I'm not that sure.

In unrelated news, my account seems to be malfunctioning and I can no longer see my pending orders or order history. (Probably for the best, given recent events). :o

Hi Steve,

No problem! I've reduced the quantity of People of the Wastes down to 1, so you should be all set now. I've also checked into your account and you *should* be able to see your order history now. We were having some website troubles earlier, so that might have been part of the problem. If you're still unable to access those pages, just let me know and I'll have the tech team take a look.

I also noticed that you'd recently changed your default address, but it doesn't look like it changed on the sidecart. Would you like me to change that address to match your recent change, or leave it as-is?

Thanks, Katina. Sorry for the hassle, I really can't explain how that happened.

You're right about my account - I have access again, so no worries there.

With regard to the address, I'm a little confused. Aren't sidecart things just sitting there until a subscription order ships out? I didn't think there was such a thing as an address attached to the sidecart. I do switch my address around pretty regularly, depending on whether a particular month is going UPS (to a street address) or USPS (to the PO Box).

Can you be specific? Is there perhaps some order in particular which is affected? (Maybe I got too impatient with something and wanted it NOW, rather than in a month...)
