Kineticists and water / fire affinity

Rules Questions

Hey so I'm looking into making an Undine Water Kineticist and I was wondering if there's an erata or something associated with Water affinity also giving a benefit to this? It just seems that it would.

If there's not what would you judge as a GM might be fair for a benefit, if any?

I haven't seen anything about modifying the Elemental Affinities attached to the Geniekin. Granted, there are better authorities than me on the subject.

This kind of question goes back to the introduction of the Bloodrager and their bloodlines too.

In Psychic Anthology, geniekin do get some special treatment in the form of the "Kinetic Invocation" feat. It allows you to select certain SLAs as kineticist talents, but if you're a member of one of the elemental races, you don't need to take the feat in order to get its benefits for your associated element.
