Queen of Thorns was listed in my March subscription shipment email, but it was not in the shipment and not on the packing slip. It's not in my sidecart either. :-(

Thanks for letting us know about this! I"m sorry that the book didn't show up with your shipment; it definitely looks like it should have been included, since I see it on the packing list on our end. I've put a replacement into your sidecart, so it should definitely be sent again with your next shipment. If you need it earlier than that or have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Well, I was hoping to have it to read on my birthday, but since that's tomorrow I guess it ain't gonna happen. I guess I'll wait until next month. Did you charge me for it already? I didn't check that.

Yes, it looks like it was charged for, so there will not be a charge on the replacement that has been set up.
