Also, question: I also just made this request in the form of a RE to the E-mail I got confirming the order - was that actually enough, or is customer.service@paizo.com just a robot?

This order is still showing up as pending because it includes a pre-order for the Adventurer's Guide Hardcover.

Yes, responding to the order confirmation email works fine. While a lot of the emails sent from customer service are ones at are automatically sent from the system, the customer service email is monitored by us, so responses come to actual people, not a robot.
