I just got an email saying this order has shipped.
Just curious as to why it was split into 2 separate orders.
There are 3 items, but they are small and flat enough that they could have shipped in a single package.

Hi Charles,

Standard post has a weight limit of 1 pound per package, if the package is not at least 50% bound printed material. All 3 together weigh a little too much to all go in 1 package.

Received this order yesterday. The envelopes for all three products are split at both the top and bottom. Only the fact that the boxes they came in were the same size kept the items spilling out everywhere. Is it possible to get replacement envelopes?

I'm sorry to hear you got damaged items! Can you send some pictures of the envelopes to customer.service@paizo.com so I can see what they look like to look for some replacements?

The pictures I sent over were of the damaged. Did you need a picture of how the envelopes work, with the side having a fold over flap?
