From what I've heard from a friend, Heroforge's miniatures are very low quality.
I've been considering purchasing, but have not actually done so.
I do know they 2 different quality choices for plastic, and a few options for metal. Cannot comment on quality from experience though.

My wife and a few of my players use heroforge minis.
The lower quality white plastic losses a bit of detail, but you're left with something comparable to the reaper bones minis - though rougher in texture.
The higher quality plastic holds the details better and gives you a smoother feeling mini, but is more brittle.
That being said, we have not had any broken minis despite finding many a review about this material being shatter-prone. We take no special handling precautions and have dropped both types of materials many, many times on the hard table and the carpeted floor.
Finally, while I have no experience with them, my research into this turns up rave reviews about the metal materials heroforge offers; both in terms of resiliency and fine details.
This post is not sponsored by heroforge, but I am willing to accept gift certificates ;)

I play a lot of characters that cast Enlarge Person fairly often. Here's what I do:
I have some 2" magnetic markers from Alea Tools and I put one of their "metal stickers" for a Medium mini on the bottom of my mini. Then, when he/she grows larger, I just put the 2" marker under the mini and it sticks to them. That way, I'm still using the same mini--I'm just taking up more squares on the map.

Tangentially, the clear part of those boxes makes an excellent riser for fliers, I've found.

What do you do if you are invisible and flying?

clear plastic upside down connect to black plastic piece, then mini, then clear plastic over the top.
Two of the clear plastic pieces can connect to one of the black ones, try it sometimes.
Going to have to.
The GM of one of my current campaigns asked me to temporarily retire my magus and play something less OP, like a wizard :P
Yea, Overland Flight and Greater Invisibility are already in play.

So far I have 2 characters that use(or will use) enlarge person on a regular basis. First was my Monk, Then I've created an Abyssal Bloodrager that will do so when raging at 4+. For the Monk I actually just found some ~3' Bruce Lee Figurines and glued one to a 2" base. spent maybe 10$ total. For the Bloodrager I had gotten the Cloud Giant from the Deadly Foes Set, I thought the mini looked awesome and even though I wouldn't be dual wielding, it is good enough to work very well for a Mwangi Bloodrager.
I have a couple of Hero Forge's Newest Plastic Minis (Was called the 'Beta' Plastic a couple months ago) and the detail on them is excellent and haven't had any issues with them seeming too brittle. I keep the pair wrapped in a bit of plastic (just to protect the paint job) and stored inside a plastic Dice Set Box (To protect them from being crushed or something as they are in a small side pouch on a backpack stuffed with books/file holder.) I haven't been on the site recently, but the normal mini's in the good material run ~$30 I think Large Mini's are almost $100?

I've used Hero forge for my next PC I am going to play. I used their highest quality for the plastic.
The quality of the picture isn't the greatest, but it give you an idea. I might be able to post the painted version tonight.
I was just going to suggest that.
