Having felt the great and terrible power of the gems for myself, I shall be on the look out for the bearers of such to decide if they be rightful sages. And most certainly to look out for the jewel that was taken from us shortly before our meeting.

The goals of the Sages are still within my own to safeguard magic from those who would abuse it, and so I shall seek more knowledge that we may both accomplish our tasks.

Honestly, the goals of the Sages work much closer to my own. Much easier to be a guardian of magic when there's a group more willing to take to the task. Spreading knowledge is fine and all, but you have to know where there are some magics that are a bit too dangerous for general distribution.

As to our leadership, I know not yet who was in charge. I know I voted for who I knew better, not necessarily the most powerful.

I don't know if I personally bring much fun to the table. But in my journey to level 3, I have brought many a color spray to the face of mine enemies as well as a disturbing proficiency in bashing things with my quarterstaff. That, and I have made a plan that almost took out a final encounter on its own.
