Unhindering Shield and THF

Rules Questions

Hi,

So if one uses Unhindering Shield with a two-handed weapon and a buckler, you get to fight two-handed and still get the buckler's defense, okay. Does the feat also take away the -1 to attack rolls for THF-ing with the buckler on your arm? If that's been answered, I missed it.

Thanks.

You still take the -1 penalty.

If you want to THF with a shield, go with Shield Brace and a mithral shield.

Great idea if one is using a polearm or spear (and is sure to have access to a mithral or darkwood shield). I'm using with a heavy blade (falcata), so this won't fly, but I'll keep it in mind for the future.
