Why hasn't my Order 4237342 shipped yet?

I am not sure what is going on but I have not received my items yet. Can you help?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! It looks like the order is being held up because we're still waiting to receive more of the Ameiko Kaijitsu minis in our warehouse, and they still have not arrived. I'm sorry for the confusion!

The order is waiting for the delayed mini to arrive before it is able to ship out. If you'd like, I can either separate it into it's own order to be shipped once we receive it, or I can cancel it and get the rest of the items moving. Otherwise, it should ship automatically as soon as we receive the mini in stock. Just let me know what you'd prefer to do, and I'll be glad to help out as best I can.

Thanks for the quick response. If it will not cost me more money for shipping I would like the rest of the order to ship as I am unsure when you will be receiving the last mini in your warehouse and one of those items is a gift for someone that I will be needing soon.

I still have not seen a shipping e-mail for the items that are in stock... This is becoming a little ridiculous... I also have not been charged for my bigger order. I was just charged for the Mini that was out of stock...

I've taken a look, and the main part of your order is on a packing list in our warehouse as we speak. Once they reach it in their queue, they'll send you that confirmation email, and finalize the charges. I don't have an estimate for exactly when they'll be able to reach it, since they work through orders in batches, but it shouldn't be too much longer.

The charge you're seeing for the smaller order is actually an authorization that was created when you changed the payment method on the order.That should fall off on it's own and release the funds back to your account, unless we receive the miniature and ship the order before it expires. I'm sorry for the confusion with that! If you'd like to learn more about how our payment authorizations work, check out our authorization FAQ here.
